Why do you think Linda Sue Park uses figurative language in her writing? Can you find an example of a simile on page 9?

    I think the reason Linda Sue Park uses figurative language in her writing because the story sounds better. It also is paints a picture with the words, easyer to understand, and is more discriptive. An example os a simile on page nine is”When Tree-ear was younger, he had asked for the story often, as if hearing it over and over again might reveal something more.”
